Terms and Conditions: Raw Beauty Group Competition Trading as Just Perfume.
- Eligibility: 1.1. The Raw Beauty Group trading as Just Perfume. Competition (“Competition”) is open to all Australian citizens aged 18 years or older residing in Australia.
1.2. Employees and individuals directly connected to Raw Beauty Group trading as Just Perfume. or its brands are ineligible to enter or win.
- Competition Period:
2.1. The Competition will commence on 1st September 2024 and close on 30th September 2024Â (“Competition Period”).
- How to Enter:
3.1. To enter, participants must make a valid purchase m during the Competition Period.
3.2. If multiple items are purchased in the same order, the highest-priced item will be refunded.
3.3 If multiple items are purchased within the same order, one of the highest valued items will be the item value refunded.
- Winner Selection:
4.1. The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries.
4.2. The winner will be notified by phone or email within three days of the Competition closing on 30th September 2024.
4.3. If the winner cannot be reached within seven days of the initial notification, another winner will be randomly selected.
- Prize:
5.1. The prize value consists of the highest priced item in any valid order placed during the competition time as laid out in condition of entry 2.1.
- General Terms:
6.1. Participants agree to these Terms and Conditions by entering the Competition.
6.2. The non-transferable prize cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative.
6.3. Raw Beauty Group trading as Just Perfume. Reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or more excellent value if necessary.
6.4 Raw Beauty Group, trading as Just Perfume, reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
6.5. Raw Beauty Group trading as Just Perfume. The decision regarding the winner is final, and no correspondence will be entered.
6.6. Raw Beauty Group, trading as Just Perfume, is not responsible for any technical issues or failures affecting the entry process.
6.7. Raw Beauty Group trading as Just Perfume. Reserves the right to amend or cancel the Competition without notice. 6.8. Raw Beauty Group’s trading as Just Perfume. Privacy Policy will use personal information provided by participants.
- Governing Law:
7.1. The laws of Queensland, Australia, govern this Competition.

Terms and Conditions:
- By providing your email address and phone number, you agree to participate in the prize draw for a chance to win a $100 voucher.
- This competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over except employees of Just Perfume and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
- Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
- The closing date for entry will be the end of each calendar month.
- The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and or its agents.
- The winner will be notified by email and/or phone number provided within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered.
- The promoter’s decision regarding all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By entering this competition, an entrant indicates his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material and in their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
