Referral Programme Terms & Conditions

To protect our digital ecosystem and maintain a fair rewards pipeline, all accounts must adhere to our operational sharing guidelines:

  • Eligible Voucher Issuance: We generate custom sharing codes only for registered customers who have completed a valid purchase loop on our storefront.
  • New Customer Parameters: The referred contact must be a brand-new shopper who has never previously submitted a transaction with Just Perfume.
  • Referred Contact Benefit: Your friend will instantly claim 5% off their first checkout order, applicable to baskets with a minimum spend of $100 AUD.
  • Referrer Reward Tracking: You will receive $10 AUD store credit once your friend's order is processed, completed, and verified against a minimum spend of $100 AUD.
  • Credit Settlement Timelines: Your earned account credit will be automatically issued and logged to your profile within 7 days of the referred order completing verification.
  • Single-Reward Enforcement: Only one individual account reward can be generated per distinct new shopper successfully referred to our website.
  • Strict Anti-Abuse Controls: Self-referrals, duplicate account creation, location masking, or any systematic attempt to manipulate our promotional infrastructure will result in your rewards being instantly cancelled and your profile restricted.
  • Operational Validation Rights: Just Perfume reserves the right to manually audit, decline, or revoke referral credits when suspicious or fraudulent cart activity is flagged.
