Since 2011, Just Perfume has been your go-to online perfume store. We offer the best prices on a wide selection of fragrances and colognes in our online shop and strive to be the best in the US.

We offer free shipping across the US and charge a flat rate of $5 for deliveries to the UK and Canada for the same great products and prices.

Absolutely! Every product we sell is 100% authentic, complete with original branding and packaging. If you need to verify this, you can always check the barcode on the box. Packaging may vary due to manufacturer updates or multilingual labels for international markets, but this doesn't affect the product's authenticity.

We believe in offering great value. Instead of charging high prices, we prefer to keep our prices reasonable, so you'll want to come back. All transactions are processed in local currency, but our website offers local currency pricing for Canada and the UK.

Our stock comes from US suppliers, which sometimes results in a few extra days for delivery in other countries. This approach allows us to offer the best prices. Delivery times may vary, so please keep that in mind if you need your order by a specific date.

We only accept returns for faulty or unopened items. If you have any issues, please contact us before opening or returning the product for full return details. We also ask that you do not dispose of any of the packing or paperwork received when the product is delivered.

We currently do not sell testers or unboxed products.

Unfortunately, we don't offer pick-up options. All orders are shipped directly to the address you provide at checkout.

Our courier service may require a signature upon delivery for security reasons, which isn't possible with a PO Box. Please provide a physical address when placing your order.

We only offer further discounts if the item is on sale.

We don't offer price matching because we focus on combining low prices with high-quality service to give you the best overall value.

We offer several payment options, including PayPal, Afterpay, Google Pay, and others.

We do not currently offer this option. 

We currently don’t charge a shipping fee for items sent to US addresses, but we charge a flat rate of $5 to the UK and Canada.

Refunds are usually processed within 48 hours of receiving and verifying the returned item. However, refunds via PayPal may take up to 5 business days due to their processing times. More details are available in our Refund Policy.

Once available, we’ll provide you with a tracking number. This allows you to track your order from dispatch to delivery. If you haven’t received your tracking number within three days of dispatch, please check your junk mail before contacting us, as it may be there.

We aim to dispatch all orders by the next business day.

Our privacy statement provides more details, especially regarding payment information. We don’t store credit card information on any of our sites. We will never ask for your credit card details via phone or email.

All orders are processed based on the details provided by customers. If you didn’t place the order, someone else in your household may have. Contact us if there’s an issue.

Since we source our products directly from suppliers, we can't provide batch numbers, and the one you receive may differ from what was initially listed.
