Orders are dispatched promptly, with most metro deliveries in Australia arriving within 5 business days, and regional areas typically within 7 business days from dispatch.

If you're ordering for a specific occasion, we recommend allowing a few extra days, just to be safe.

We accept returns on faulty items or products that remain unopened and in their original condition.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us before opening or returning the item so we can provide full return instructions and support.

To assist with any resolution, we kindly ask that you retain all original packaging and paperwork included with your delivery until the matter is resolved.

We currently do not sell testers or unboxed products.

Due to shipping regulations, perfumes are classified as dangerous goods because they contain alcohol. As a result, express or next-day delivery is not permitted by law for these items.

We understand this might be inconvenient, and we truly appreciate your understanding and patience. We do our best to ship all orders promptly with full tracking, so you’ll always know where your fragrance is and when it’s arriving.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer a pick-up option. All orders are shipped directly to the address you provide at checkout.

As an online-only business, we operate without a physical retail storefront. This allows us to keep our overheads low and, more importantly, pass those savings directly on to you in the form of lower prices on 100% authentic fragrances.

Every order is packed with care and shipped with full tracking to ensure a smooth and secure delivery experience.

Our courier partners are unable to deliver to PO Boxes due to shipping regulations around perfumes, which are classified as dangerous goods. These items require ground transport and can require a signature upon delivery for safety and compliance reasons.

For this reason, please provide a physical street address when placing your order to ensure smooth and secure delivery.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your delivery from start to finish.

Please note: that it may take up to 72 hours after dispatch for the first live scan to appear in the tracking system, depending on the courier’s processing time.
