Just Perfume Rewards

At Just Perfume, we believe in rewarding our users for loyalty. Receive rewards with loyalty points every time you make a purchase, send friends and family referrals to join us and when it’s your birthday.

Once you reach 100 points, you have the option to redeem those points into puchase discounts. For every 100 points, you will receive a $10 discount. Just head on over to your account, select the rewards tab and transfer your points into discounts. 

  • PURCHASE REWARDS
    Receive 1 point for every $10 spent on all products, excluding products on sale.
  • OTHER REWARDS
    * 15 points reward on your birthday.
    * 10 points referral rewards, with an extra 15 points if your referral makes a purchase with Just Perfume.
    * Receive 10 points rewards for each review you leave on products purchased.
  • REDEEMING REWARDS
    Once you receive 100 points, you can transfer those points into a cash discount via your account page. 100 points = $10 discount.
Q1. WHO IS JUST PERFUME?

Since 2011, Just Perfume has been your top online perfume shop. We offer the best prices for a wide range of fragrances and colognes in our online store and strive to be the best in Australia.

Q2. What's the deal with shipping?

We offer free shipping across Australia and a flat rate of AUD$5 for deliveries from Australia to Canada, New Zealand, the UK, and the USA. For customers in these countries, check out our sister site at www.justperfume.co for the same great products and prices.

Q3. Are your products the real deal?

Absolutely! Every product we sell is 100% authentic, complete with original branding and packaging. If you need clarification, you can always verify the authenticity using the barcode on the box. 

Packaging might vary due to manufacturer updates or multilingual labels for international markets, but this doesn't affect the product's authenticity.

Q4. Your prices seem too good to be true. Why's that?

Aussie consumers these days are looking for quality and value for money. At Just Perfume we would rather you pay a fair price and visit us regularly than pay a high price and never come back to us. All prices and purchases are made in Australian dollars. For customers in the US, Canada and New Zealand will have the price they need to pay quoted to them in local currencies and can choose this option on our website before checking out if they wish. We will not refund any exchange rate difference after the sale is completed and or dispatched.

Q5. Why does it take a bit longer than normal for the item to arrive?

Our stock comes from Australian and US suppliers, which can sometimes lead to a few extra days for delivery in Australia. However, this approach lets us offer the best prices. Delivery times can vary, so please keep this in mind if you need your order by a specific date.

Q6. Can I return an item if I don't like it?

We only accept returns for faulty or unopened items. If you have any issues, please contact us before opening or returning the product for full return details. We also ask that you do not dispose of any of the packing or paperwork received when the product is delivered.

Q7. Are testers or unboxed items used?

We currently do not sell testers or unboxed products.

Q8. Can I get a next-day delivery?

Due to restrictions on shipping perfumes by air, we do not offer express shipping on any of our perfume products. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Q9. Can I pick up my order from your location?

Unfortunately, we don't offer pick-up options. All orders are shipped directly to the address you provide at checkout.

Q10.Why can't I use a PO Box for delivery?

Our courier service may require a signature upon delivery for security reasons, which isn't possible with a PO Box. Please provide a physical address when placing your order.

Q11. Do you offer discounts on multiple items?

As we don't charge shipping on any of our products, we don't offer further discounts unless the item is on sale. 

Q12. Do you price match?

We don't offer price matching because we focus on combining low prices with high-quality service to give you the best overall value.

Q13. How will I know when you've received my return?

We'll email you once we've received your return and provide details on when to expect your refund. Please check our Refund Policy for more information.

Q14.What if I want to use something other than my credit card online?

We offer various payment options, including PayPal, Afterpay, Google Pay, and several others.

Q15. Can I have my order gift-boxed?

We do not currently offer this option.

Q16. How much is delivery?

We currently don't charge a delivery fee for items shipped to Australian addresses, but we charge a flat rate of AUD $5 for addresses in our other delivery countries. 

Q17. How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds are usually processed within 48 hours of receiving and verifying the returned item. However, refunds via PayPal might take up to 5 working days due to their processing times. More details are in our Refund Policy.

Q18. Can I track my order?

Once available, we'll provide you with a tracking number. This allows you to follow your order from dispatch to delivery. If you have yet to receive your tracking number within three days of dispatch, please check your junk mail before contacting us, as it may be there. 

Q19. How quickly do you dispatch orders?

We aim to dispatch all orders by the next business day. Standard delivery times range from 6-10 business days, depending on your location and the courier used.

Q20. Do you sell Gift Certificates?

Yes, but only through our website. They are sent via MMS to any smartphone or email.

Q21. Do you deliver outside Australia?

We deliver across Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the UK and the US. We can also deliver to most other countries, but not to the European Economic Zone. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification on delivery options and countries.

Q22. What if I want a brand not listed on your website?

We're happy to check with our suppliers for specific brands or items. Send us the details via email or message, and we'll get back to you within 48 hours.

Q23. How do you handle my personal information?

Your privacy is paramount. We never sell, share, or misuse your information. It's only used to fulfil your order or communicate with you. Our privacy statement has more details, especially regarding payment information. We do not hold credit card information on any of our sites. We will never ask you for your credit card details via phone or email.

Q24. I received an item I still need to order. Why?

All orders are based on details provided by customers. If you didn't place the order, it might have been done by someone else in your family. Contact us if there's an issue.

Q25. Can you provide batch numbers for products?

As we source our products directly from suppliers, we can't provide batch numbers, and the one you receive might differ from what was initially listed.

Q26. How will Just Perfume contact me about my order?
At Just Perfume, we prioritise your privacy and security. We will only contact you directly via the details you have shared with us during your purchase or when subscribing to our newsletters. Please be aware that our courier partners may use branded text message options to provide delivery updates.
