Dispatch Times
Orders are dispatched within two business days. No orders are dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Timeframes
– AU Metro: 7–10 business days from dispatch
– AU Regional & Remote: 10–14 business days from dispatch
– New Zealand: 10–14 business days from dispatch
– United States: 5–7 business days from dispatch
– United Kingdom: 5–7 business days from dispatch
– Canada: 5–7 business days from dispatch
– Other Regions: Delivery times vary from 5–14 business days, depending on location
Perfumes are classified as Class 3 Dangerous Goods and cannot be shipped via air transport, so express shipping is not available.
Public holidays and weekends are not counted as transit days. During peak shopping periods such as Christmas, delivery times may vary.
We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, as final delivery is outside our control; these times are provided as a guide only.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard delivery to most countries on all orders.
Surcharges may apply where local duties and taxes are payable. These charges are not included in the purchase price on the Just Perfume website and are collected separately as part of the delivery/customs process.
Tracking Information
All orders are dispatched from either our Australian warehouse or directly from our US supplier to the delivery address provided at checkout.

All orders come with a tracking number.
Please note: Live tracking is not available for shipments sent via Australia Post or DAI Post. This is a limitation of their services and is outside of our control.
Customers within Australia will also receive an SMS notification confirming when their order has been dispatched.
If you cannot locate your tracking email, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting Customer Service.
Returns & Exchanges

To assist you quickly, please keep all original packaging and paperwork. We’re unable to process returns or exchanges if the delivery box, included paperwork, or product packaging has been discarded.
Special Notes
We do not offer gift wrapping at this time.
If you’re purchasing a perfume for a specific date or occasion, please place your order at least three weeks in advance to allow sufficient time for delivery.
We cannot accept responsibility for orders placed within this period that do not arrive in time.
